Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee language service projects from intake through delivery, coordinating linguists, vendors, and clients to keep every assignment scheduled, staffed, and completed on time and on budget. This is a 100% remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of interpreting, translation, and localization projects, from client intake through final delivery.
• Assign and coordinate linguists and vendors based on language pairs, subject-matter expertise, availability, and certifications.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging risks and resolving scheduling conflicts before they impact deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing status updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Coordinate quality assurance review and revisions with linguists and editors prior to delivery.
• Prepare and review vendor invoices and client billing to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain accurate project records in the company’s project management and CAT tools.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within translation, interpreting, or another language services environment.
• Experience working with linguists, vendors, or freelance contractors is a plus.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but not required.
