We are looking for a scheduler who will serve as the coordinator for schedules and appointments for our interpreters. This is a 100% remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into company systems.
  • Organize workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
  • Manage department schedule by maintaining calendars for interpreting personnel and arrange meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answer or refer inquiries.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
